Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND RECOVERIES FOR INDIA VISAS

All recovery requests must be sent to us within 3 hours of the date and time of the successful order. After 3 hours, the sums paid can not be refunded because your order will be handled by us as well as by the Indian government.
Once IndVisa.com has received confirmation from the Government of India about your order, you can no longer claim a refund. Once the approval letter is sent to your email address, we will not be able to refund your visa fee.
When applying, you need to provide us with all the exact information required for your requested visa at the time of your scheduled departure. IndVisa.com can not be held responsible for an incorrectly issued visa or denial of entry due to incorrectly submitted information and possible loss. Although we will make every effort to correct all issues related to the issuance of visas before departure, we will not be reimbursed in the event of false or incorrect data being submitted at the time of filing. We highly recommend that you check your visa verification details, passport and personal information before departure.
The amount of the refund will be calculated on the basis of the cancellation rules as described above and the funds will be refunded accordingly to the person who made the payment to us.
Please note that the refund process may take 1-2 weeks due to bank procedures. If the refund is made to your credit card or bank account, the bank charges will be charged to your refund.
